Music has always been an art form that has resonated with me. Ever since a child, I would find any reason to play CD’s out of my sister’s boombox, always trying my best to understand the lyrics of some of her favorite artists. It wasn’t until I listened to the album “Until the End of Time” by 2pac that I realized how powerful music could be. His words lit a fire inside of me, and felt as if he was speaking to me directly. Since then, music has consistently brought me joy and understanding. It helps me find inspiration in some of my darkest moments. It is a part of me as much as
anything else.
These covers and pages are all created by me. They serve as reminders that music is to be shared with others. It is an art form that connects communities of people through rhythms that are ever-evolving. It is here that I honor artist that inspire me and others that are deserving of praise.
